In 2024, my word for the year was Freedom.
Ah, doesn’t that sound nice? Open and Peaceful and Nourishing?
I wish I could tell you that’s all it was.
But it was more than that. It was also muddy, bloody, and messy. It stripped me of everything I didn’t need. It was an all out war for what mattered most.
[And it’s why I’ve been lacking in the newsletters love-letter department. (Sry!)]
The Universe was like, “Okay! Let’s take away everything extra so you can see you are abundant in everything that matters exponentially and forever.”
Okay Universe. Cool, thank you. Got that lesson now, can we please move on lol!
I’m coming to you feeling battle-worn, if I’m honest. It feels like I lost more freedom than I gained, but at the end of this year, the opposite is true. I know know I am FREE to
And most of all, I have a solid foundation I can build upon. I mean solid. I mean unshakeable.
If you need to know where you are truly free, shake your life up and see what is still there. Eye-opening.
And freeing.
Spiritual people aren’t only hovering in a lotus pose meditating in the Himalayas. We are also out here in the thick of it, cultivating an unshakeable vibration.
I’m giving all I got to everything that’s most important to me, and that includes you. My offerings come from a place of love and devotion. Here’s what I am working on for the beginning of 2025.

A New Podcast
My friend Jill Blanchard, hypnotherapist, and I have been putting together a podcast called Channeled Answers @ Ritual Space. I’ve been tapping into a high frequency collective called The Order of The Rose, and the answers have been profound and life-changing. So what’s your word for 2025? Believe me, I hesitated to choose one if I was just gonna get the opposite of whatever I was going for lol!
But I decided on the word Beauty.
And I am fully aware that means I will have to get face-to-face with the ugliness of existence. And I am ready to be strong enough to look at it in the eye and offer appreciation for its role in displaying the Divine Beauty all around me.
